  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 packet of meatloaf seasoning
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For the topping sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions to Air fry meatloaf

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, beef, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and meatloaf seasoning in a large mixing bowl. You can mix all these well with a big spoon or clean hands. Spray the air fryer basket with some nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: Shape the prepared mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the air fryer’s basket. Cook this for about 25 minutes. To make the topping, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. After 25 minutes, spoon 1/4th of the prepared topping on top of the Meatloaf, do not over-pour it, just enough to cover the Meatloaf. Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until a temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Remove the loaf from the basket. Top with some more sauce and garnish with parsley. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
